About Expression

Expression is a celebration of movement, creativity, and self-discovery. Inspired by my own journey, this space invites you to reconnect with the vibrant parts of yourself that may feel forgotten or stuck. As a youngster, raving was my outlet to move, express, and embrace joy. Later, I discovered DJing as a way to bring fun and rhythm back into my life after the intensity of military training. Leaving the military reignited my connection to art, leading me to start a life drawing class and dive deeply into creative exploration. Through ecstatic dance, art, and coaching, Expression is here to help you find your own flow, unlock creativity, and embrace the freedom of movement and self-expression.
