Back to Breath Basics is a self-paced, 5 day introductory package which will guide you through the first steps of using the breath for stress relief. Each day, you’ll receive practical guidance, gentle exercises, and valuable insights to understanding yourself, stress and your breathing better. By the end of the package you will have developed strong breath awareness, gained a technique to use in stressful situations and understand the mind-breath-body connection.
