

Melina’s breathwork course has been a delight. There are two audio tracks per day, one more theoretical, and one more practical. I found the theoretical audios clear and very interesting, and the practical ones calm and engaging.
I started this course to be able to tackle stress and anxiety and I learned a lot, including what big part the breath plays in such emotional states. I hadn’t realised for example that I tended to hold my breath or breathe very fast in tense situations, which can exacerbate the problem.
Now I feel that my breath is slower and calmer than at the beginning of the course, I see stress as a challenge, not an insurmountable obstacle, and I’ve started using my breath as a tool to navigate tense situations.
Of course it is still work in progress, but that is why having lifelong access to this course is invaluable and I am excited to see where this breathwork journey will take me. As Melina says, trust the process and stick to it: she is absolutely right, and I urge everybody to try this course!

Having struggled with what I saw as a decreasing capacity to manage complex tasks, Mel spoke to me about elements of burnout and the connection to breathing.
